What You'll Do
- Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm
- Assist with custom designs and bespoke orders
- Maintain a beautiful showroom presentation
- Book in customer repairs
- Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver a luxury-level experience
About You
- Experienced in retail, jewellery experience not necessary but looked upon favourably, must have a love for fine jewellery
- Confident, polished, and personable
- Motivated by high standards and teamwork
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Professional and reliable, with great attention to detail
