Shipping policy

Greg Neill & Son Fine Jewellers offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, a $18.50 standard shipping fee applies.
Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly, though during busy periods—such as sales or the Christmas season—some pieces may be temporarily unavailable. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately to discuss the best solution, whether that be reordering the item from our supplier or arranging an alternative that suits your timeline.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel’s progress.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection notice, and your parcel will be available for pickup from your nearest Post Office.

We take great care when packing your jewellery to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are packaged securely and may require a signature on delivery for added protection.

1. Processing Times
Most in-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces will have their estimated timeframe communicated at purchase.

2. Insurance and Tracking
All parcels are tracked for peace of mind until safely delivered.

3. Delivery Regions
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time (or: available upon request — if you ever plan to offer it).

4. Delays and Lost Parcels
While rare, unforeseen postal delays can occur. Greg Neill & Son Fine Jewellers will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues with Australia Post.

5. In-store Pickup (if applicable)
Local customers are welcome to collect their order in-store at our Mackay showroom. Please select In-store Pickup at checkout and wait for confirmation before visiting.
