Refund policy
At Greg Neill & Son Fine Jewellers, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- It must include all original packaging, documentation, and certificates (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
- Please allow for standard bank and credit card processing times, which may vary.
If you have not received your refund after the advised timeframe, please:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing times may differ).

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective.
For exchanges of the same item, please email jana@gregneillandson.com.au
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, we will refund the original purchaser directly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- For items valued over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
