What if the ring isn’t the perfect fit?
If the ring size isn’t quite right, there’s no need to worry. We offer complimentary resizing—simply send the ring back to us with your correct size, and we’ll adjust it for you. Our goal is to ensure your piece is as perfect as intended.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We offer flexible financing options, including ZIP, Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4, Humm, and Latitude GEM Visa. For in-store purchases, we also provide a convenient layby option.
What guarantee do you offer?
All diamond purchases come with our Lifetime Diamond Guarantee, and all other pieces include a one-year manufacturer's warranty. If your jewellery experiences a fault that qualifies as a manufacturing issue, we’ll cover its repair or replacement after assessment.
