Went to Greg Neill & Son Fine Jewellers after trying to deal with multiple shops on the Gold Coast & in Brisbane; so glad I did! I was custom designing an engagement ring, & they were not only the only ones that seemed to be interested in helping us find something that we wanted & would look nice; everyone in the shop was friendlier & more helpful than other shops as well. That, plus Simon was the quickest person to respond to emails out of all the designers I spoke to. They accommodated last minute changes to small details & let me see the mould & stones at each step of the way. Oh & they were also cheaper than most of the shops further south. The result was perfect & my now fiancée has had multiple people say it's one of the nicest rings they've seen.
Needless to say, I'll be back for the wedding bands.

I would never shop anywhere else for jewellery; your quality is so much better than any other jewellery shop in town. You can always see the difference & see the pride you guys take in giving the customer exactly what they want. Always exceeding expectations too.
