Step 1 - Design Consultation
Tell us about your design concept, precious metal preference, diamond / gemstone requirements, and ring size.
Step 2 - Concept & Quote
Simon will take your ideas, imagination, and inspiration to create your dream design using our powerful in-house program CounterSketch. Meanwhile, we will begin sourcing and pricing your perfect diamond or gemstones.
Step 3 - 3D Print
Once your initial concept has been created, we’ll produce a 3D-printed model of your design so you can try on your ring paired with your chosen diamond or gemstone. This stage allows you to see every detail and ensure it meets your expectations—and ours—before we begin crafting your final piece.
If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, we’re happy to refine and reprint your model until you’re completely in love with your design.
Step 4 - Final Creation
Our jewellers craft your custom ring to the highest standard of artistry and precision, ensuring every detail of its one-of-a-kind design is executed flawlessly. Once complete, our Quality Assurance team meticulously inspects your piece before preparing it for secure shipment or in-showroom collection.
