What if I, or the person I gift this to doesn't like it?
We want you to LOVE your jewellery purchase! However, if you don't, you will be able to return or exchange your item/s to us within 30 days. Simply cover the cost of postage for the return, & ensure the item is in new condition; it couldn't be easier. For peace of mind you can read our full refund policy here.
What if the ring I purchase is the wrong size?
If you have purchased the wrong sized ring don't worry, we offer FREE ring resizing.
Simply send the ring back to us with your correct finger size and we will resize it for you no problem
Can I finance my purchase?
You sure can. We offer ZIP, Afterpay, Paypal Pay 4, & Lattitude GEM Visa.
We also offer Layby in-store.
What guarantee do you offer?
For all diamond purchases we offer a Lifetime Diamond Guarantee.
For all other products we offer a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
If you experience a fault with your jewellery that is deemed to be a manufacturing issue, you will be covered for it's repair or replacement after the item has been assessed.
How much is shipping?
For all items over $100 we offer free, Express Post Platinum Australia wide. For items under $100 shipping will be at a charge of $18.50 per order.

All of our diamonds are certified. Furthermore, we are so confident in their quality that we offer a Lifetime Diamond Guarantee on all of our engagement rings, wedding bands, & diamond dress rings. For all other products, we ensure their quality by only stocking jewellery from suppliers / manufacturers that we know and trust, some of whom we have dealt with for 39 years.
