In-stock pieces are typically dispatched the next business day and arrive within a few days. Every parcel is tracked, registered, and insured.
You have 30 days to return your piece in its original condition, no questions asked.
Resizing typically takes around 10 days. There's no time limit on when you can bring a piece in to be resized from your original purchase date — though for the safety of your ring, we recommend resizing promptly to protect against accidental loss. We also offer one complimentary resize every 10 years, to allow for the way your fingers change over time.
Every diamond engagement ring, wedding band, or custom piece purchased for $2,000 or more comes with our Lifetime Diamond Guarantee — free repair or replacement for manufacturing faults, for life. It doesn't cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. To stay eligible, bring your piece in for a complimentary inspection every 6 months, which includes a professional clean, polish, and security check (plus rhodium plating annually for white gold). Store safely — Keep pieces in a soft-lined pouch or box, and hang necklaces separately to prevent tangling and scratches.
Wear with care — Take rings off for high-impact or hands-on activities, and remove other jewellery before showering.
Regular maintenance — Bring your engagement ring in every 6 months for inspection and professional cleaning.
