In-stock pieces are typically dispatched the next business day and arrive within a few days. Every parcel is tracked, registered, and insured.

Resizing typically takes around 10 days. There's no time limit on when you can bring a piece in to be resized from your original purchase date — though for the safety of your ring, we recommend resizing promptly to protect against accidental loss. We also offer one complimentary resize every 10 years, to allow for the way your fingers change over time.

It doesn't cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. To stay eligible, bring your piece in for a complimentary inspection every 6 months, which includes a professional clean, polish, and security check (plus rhodium plating annually for white gold).
