We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, allowing you to choose what feels right for your priorities, preferences and budget.
Natural diamonds are formed within the earth over billions of years and valued for their rarity. Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties but are created in a controlled environment—often allowing for a larger diamond within the same budget.
Our team will guide you through both options openly, with no pressure either way.Our individually certified diamonds are independently assessed by a recognised grading laboratory.
Diamond Certification
Your diamond’s certificate confirms its unique characteristics, including carat weight, colour, clarity and cut, so you can choose with complete confidence. We will explain each detail clearly and help you understand what matters most when comparing diamonds.
Whether you would like to personalise one of our existing designs or create something entirely bespoke, our experienced design team will guide you through every detail.
Your consultation may include diamond selection, sketches, CAD imagery and a complimentary 3D model, allowing you to see and try your design before it is brought to life.
We offer flexible payment options to help make your chosen piece more manageable.
Speak with our team about deposits, payment arrangements and available finance options. We will clearly explain each option so you can choose what works best for you.
Your jewellery may be collected from our Mackay boutique or delivered securely, with complimentary express delivery available on Australian orders over $100.
We also recommend arranging appropriate insurance for your jewellery from the moment you receive it. Our team can assist with the documentation and valuation information you may need.
Your jewellery is made to be worn and loved for a lifetime, and our care continues well beyond the day you receive it.
Eligible engagement rings and diamond bands over $2,000 include our Lifetime Diamond Guarantee, six-monthly professional cleaning and inspections, one complimentary resize within ten years and complimentary annual rhodium plating for white-gold pieces.
Conditions apply, and some resizing options depend on the design of the ring.
