You have 30 days to return your piece in its original condition, no questions asked.

Resizing typically takes around 10 days. There's no time limit on when you can bring a piece in to be resized from your original purchase date — though for the safety of your ring, we recommend resizing promptly to protect against accidental loss. We also offer one complimentary resize every 10 years, to allow for the way your fingers change over time.

We don't insure pieces directly, but we recommend Q Report and provide the documentation you'll need to get your piece covered.
