Every engagement ring can be customised — swap stone specs, switch lab-grown for natural, add a hidden gemstone, halo, engraving, or initials. If you can picture it, we can likely make it. Get in touch and we'll guide you through the options.

Resizing typically takes around 10 days. There's no time limit on when you can bring a piece in to be resized from your original purchase date — though for the safety of your ring, we recommend resizing promptly to protect against accidental loss. We also offer one complimentary resize every 10 years, to allow for the way your fingers change over time.

It doesn't cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. To stay eligible, bring your piece in for a complimentary inspection every 6 months, which includes a professional clean, polish, and security check (plus rhodium plating annually for white gold). Store safely — Keep pieces in a soft-lined pouch or box, and hang necklaces separately to prevent tangling and scratches.
Wear with care — Take rings off for high-impact or hands-on activities, and remove other jewellery before showering.
Regular maintenance — Bring your engagement ring in every 6 months for inspection and professional cleaning.
